One email a week through the preparation season. One method worth knowing, one question that drills it, and one thing candidates are getting wrong that week. No course sales, no countdown timers, no daily digest.

- Cadence: weekly, from June until the October sitting. Nothing between November and May, because there is nothing useful to say weekly out of season.
- Length: short enough to read on a phone between lessons. If it needs more room than that, it becomes a page on this site instead and the email links to it.
- Audience: candidates sitting the ESAT, and the parents and teachers helping them.
- Cost: free. There is no paid tier of this list.
- Leaving: one click, from the bottom of any email. No confirmation flow, no "are you sure", no offer to stay.

The faster route
A single technique that turns a two-minute question into a forty-second one: a grouping that avoids expanding, a symmetry that removes a case, a unit check that kills three options before you calculate anything.

A real question from the mock papers published here, chosen because that method is the fast way through it. The full worked solution is a click away, but try it first.

What is going wrong
A mistake that is common enough to be worth naming: a module choice that does not match the course, a rearrangement that loses a sign, a timing habit that costs four marks a paper.
What it is not
- Not a drip sequence. Everyone on the list gets the same email in the same week. There is no automated funnel that treats you differently depending on what you clicked.
- Not a sales channel. One-to-one places are limited and taken by application through the enquiry page. The list is not where they are sold, and subscribing does not put you in a pipeline.
- Not paywalled material. Everything referenced in the emails is free and already on this site. The list is a reading order and a nudge, not access to something withheld.
- Not shared. Your address is not sold, rented, swapped, or passed to any partner.
Your data
- What is collected: your email address, plus the date and time you consented. Nothing else is required, and nothing else is asked for.
- Lawful basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form above. That is why the box is not pre-ticked and the form will not submit without it.
- Withdrawing consent: unsubscribe from any email, or write to lucasrey.eng@gmail.com and ask to be removed. Either way the address is deleted, not suppressed.
- Your other rights: under UK GDPR you can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, or portability at any time. The privacy policy sets out how, and how to complain to the ICO.
- If you are under 13, please ask a parent or guardian to subscribe on your behalf.
